The Montgomery County Black Collective conducts the AMBER Business Coaching Program. While many companies express interest or apply, not all can commit to the 16 weeks of intensive activity. All Montgomery County small or underserved businesses are eligible to join the program below. 

For business owners that want a shorter program, we have developed an AMBER Ready program that provides a half day business development group session and 4 weeks of one-on-on coaching. We have found that many business owners want to focus on a specific area of operation to help them create the strategy to scale their business.
