This year, lobby night will focus on the Responding to Emergency Needs from Extreme Weather Act, or RENEW Act.  If passed into law, the RENEW Act would make the investments needed in Maryland to reduce our emissions, and to prepare for heavier storms, higher tides, and hotter heat waves we are already experiencing. The best part it is, the international fossil fuel companies would be the ones paying for all of these investments.
