Celebrate World Hijab Day and learn about this unique Muslim tradition. Attendees have the opportunity to participate in a demonstration and try on a scarf while supplies last.

Join the founder of Arab American Heritage Month and an educator and equity advocate to learn about the history and culture of the hijab.  Drop in any time between  2 pm - 3:30 pm to try on a new scarf with the help of volunteers - and take it home with you. This program is co-sponsored by the Teen Advisory Board and the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County, Inc.
